Local Center Leader Training

Greg Wigfield, Lead Pastor at Destiny Church and Catalyst for the Leesburg, Virginia Local Center, shares his experience with launching a LCN Local Center. Greg was one of the first Catalysts to join the team of LCN pastors who are passionate about serving fellow pastors in their local communities.

The need for in-depth discipleship

Gene Mims, Senior Pastor of The Gathering and Catalyst of the Local Center in Nashville, Tennessee, gives his insight on discipleship. As a church planter, he was burdened to start a discipleship group that delved deep into the lives of his church members. The spiritual growth that they experienced led to new leaders being raised up to carry on the mission of making new disciples.

Ryan Wetzel’s Story

Here’s a 5 minute video of Ryan Wetzel’s story about drugs, recovery, and following Jesus. It’s a great story to accompany a message about struggles and recovery from drug addiction as a teenager or adult. Ryan grew up in a ministry family and never went all in with the Lord. In his teenage years he became connected with the wrong crowd and spiraled down into a journey of drug addiction. In this short story, Ryan talks about his family, struggles, and battle to overcome addiction. It concludes with him receiving help and going all in with Jesus.

Stadia Church Planting

Jimmy Carroll, LCN President and Donnie Williams, Lifepointe Church, share how LCN and Stadia partner together to help church planters across the country. Everything from forming a management team to fundraising and site selection, Stadia is here to help sharpen the vision of the church planter. Stadia works to connect church planters with a group of churches who desire to help and fund a church plant. Stadia is one of several church planting organizations that LCN partners with to provide the support and coaching church planters need as they follow God’s calling to make disciples.

The Great Commission

Then Jesus came to them and said, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.”
