Dave Farris – Encouragement to Join an LCN Local Center

Dave Farris, Pastor of Northstar Church of Pulaski and Catalyst of the Local Center in the New River Valley in southwest Virginia, encourages you to join an LCN Local Center. LCN Local Centers are formed to serve the specific needs of the pastors in that local community. The New River Valley Local Center brings together pastors of small churches in rural areas, many of whom may be the sole person on staff. The Local Center allows them to share ideas and resources for making new disciples. It also serves as a venue for pastors to pour into and support one another as they work towards the common goal of making new disciples for Christ.

The Great Commission

Then Jesus came to them and said, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.”
