Step 1 - Learn
- Watch Church Planting (CP) Interest Videos
- Review LCN Partnership Documentation
- Complete the Online Interest Form
- Connect with an LCN CP Team Member
- Upon Approval, Proceed to Step 2
Step 2 - PreAssessment
- Complete the Online Pre-Assessment Application
- Meet with an LCN CP Intake Team Member
- Discern Next Steps with LCN
- Upon Approval, Proceed to Step 3
Step 3 - Assessment
- Schedule CP Assessment through a Preferred Partner Networks (PPN)
- Schedule your In Person Assessment and Complete Documentation (with spouse, if applicable)
- Attend Multi-Day PPN Assessment
- Review Assessment Results with an CP Intake Team Member
- Meet with LCN CP Intake Team Member to discuss next steps
- Receive LCN Approval to attend CP PPN Pre-Launch Training
- Receive LCN Approval to join the LCN CP Disciple-Making Cohort
- Proceed to Step 4
Step 4 - Training
- Attend CP Pre-Launch Training through a PPN
- Participate in the LCN CP Disciple-Making Cohort with Your LCN Coach
- Meet Monthly with Your LCN Coach prior to funding approval
- Proceed to Step 5
Step 5 - Funding
- Submit Budgets and Financial Statements
- LCN 2-week Review Process to determine funding eligibility
- Receive CP Intake Team Approval
- Receive LCN Executive and Board Approval
- Sign Documentation and Partnership Agreement
- Receive Year One Funding 30 days prior to launch (Receive Year Two Funding 12 months later)
- Proceed to Step 6
Step 6 - Coaching
- Meet Regularly with Your LCN Coach while funding is active
- Receive Monthly Coaching through your PPN, if applicable
- Submit Monthly Reports to maintain accountability and progress tracking
- Engage with LCN as an active member and leader within the network
