Nathan Cline, LCN Vice President shares an update on our ministry here at LCN. This year has been a challenging one for all of us and LCN is so thankful for your faithful and consistent giving to continue the mission of helping pastors and churches make new disciples who make new disciples. We are so grateful for your partnership in fulfilling the Great Commission of Matthew 28:19-20.
Here is a breakdown of how your giving has been dispersed so far in 2020:
- Domestic Training & Development of Current/Future Local Center Leaders (29%): Currently there are 30+ Local Centers with another 10+ Local Centers planned for 2021. Each Local Center represents 10-20 local pastors.
- Domestic One-on-One Coaching (16%): Through our Local Centers, we are able to coach 600+ pastors around the country.
- International Church Planting & Disciple-Making (14%): In partnership with TTI, we planted 100 international churches in India and Nepal in 2019. We saw over 2,000 new disciples made and trained an additional 200 new future church planters.
- LCN Staff & Operations (12%): Our dedicated staff provides leadership, resources, and operational support for our entire network of pastors and leaders.
- Annual Pastors Conferences (12%): Refuel in Lynchburg and Exponential in Orlando see over 1,500 pastors and leaders attend each year.
- Disciple-Making Initiatives (10%): Go2020 in May of this year challenged churches and believers to share the gospel worldwide with over 1 billion people.
- Scholarships for Liberty University (7%): All donor churches, pastors, and staff receive a 15% discount for LU Online. All students from donor churches receive a $1,000 yearly scholarship for LU Residential.
Once again, we thank God for your dedication to making new disciples. As we march on in 2020, we are excited about launching new Local Centers across the country and planting churches in India and Nepal. We also look forward to Refuel 2020 reimagined for today’s world.
